Once upon a time a sweet baby girl had an Indian Wedding to attend. Her mother dressed her in a beautiful dress, but the dress quickly began to irritate the baby. The sweet baby girl was no longer sweet, but agitated due to eczema from the itchy tulle, buttons digging into her back in the car seat, and a scarf that just would not stay in place. After arriving at the wedding, the baby girl had a wardrobe change into a regular cotton onesie. After the wedding, the mother searched and searched for anyone that made comfortable Indian dresses for her baby, but none existed. She went to work and decided to design a couture piece that was safe, comfortable, and used the finest fabrics. This gave birth to our company Kismet Couture. At Kismet Couture we want the future generation to have an opportunity to fall in love with fine fabrics from India while staying comfortable and happy.
